This copy doesn’t appear to conform to any of those; in “S” purple cloth, without stamping. Presentation copy, but the top of the front free endpaper is excised removing the recipient’s name, leaving the inscription “...from his friend, O.W. Holmes.” Some foxing and pencil scribbling; good to very good.
