London: Chapman and Hall, 1929. Forty volumes; while not numbered, this set was limited to 150 sets for Britain and 150 for America. Bound by Bayntun in 3/4 green morocco; top edges gilt; raised bands with gilt spine titling and decoration. The spines are a touch faded; a few volumes have very slight text damp damage (mostly a little rippling) and a few volumes have minute rubbing at the extremities. An excellent, attractive set featuring desirable content.
