Nurnberg: Theo Stroefer, n.d. . First Edition; oblong small folio; publisher’s printed boards; minor wear and cover staining; very good. The twelve full page color illustrations and various decorations exhibit modern influence; some of the decorations are similar to those of the Wiener Werkstatte.
Unsigned; approximately 23 x 33”; framed and glazed. Probably tempera or similar media, painted on paper or illustration board. Lettered in large black letters at the top “Wonderland in Books”; in the center a blond mop-top little girl (very Shirley Temple-ish) is reading a book, above her a puck-like figure.....
