This is one of supposedly 50 sets of unbound sheets sold by Arkham House, although there were certainly at least a few more. This has Currey’s state A of the copyright notice. The original 1960 Arkham mailing envelope and cardboard packing is present; this cardboard has offset and browned the top and bottom leaves; a little staining at the top and bottom edges, else an attractive example.
